Cost of Registration Form : Rs. 500/- to be paid online .
2. Registration Forms will be accepted under the following categories : (Please note that one can apply under any ONE Category only)

You are requested to choose the category under which you wish to apply and attach the supporting documents with the Registration Form.
3. Age Requirement :
Candidate must have been born between 1st September 2020 – 31st August 2021
4. Caste – If SC / ST / OBC – Please provide caste certificate of Child (Mandatory)
5. The following documents attested by a Gazetted Officer will be accepted as proof of Date Of Birth :
a)Birth Certificate from
i)Hospital
ii)Municipal Corporation / Nagar Mahapalika
b)Baptism Certificate (for Catholic / Christian)
6. One photograph of candidate with parents on either side [Size (in cm) : (7.5 X 5.5)] must be affixed in the place provided for on the Registration Form.
7. Duly filled in Registration Form to be submitted in the school office after completion.
8. Duplicate Forms :
Those who register their ward twice for the same class will be disqualified automatically.
9. Rejection after admission :
Any discrepancy discovered in the birth certificate or in the above procedure will lead to automatic cancellation of the seat and there will be no refund of fees.
10. No Donations / Pressure :
No donation in any form is accepted. Any case of demanding donation / money in the name of School for guaranteeing admission in LKG, may please be reported to the School authorities immediately. Any pressure on the Management, through recommendations, etc., will disqualify your ward.
1. This is an online Registration Form for Carmel School

4. Don’t refresh the page or open it in new tab while filling up the form.
5. If the Registration Form PDF is not generated after submitting the form, it may be because of connectivity problems. We advise you to try again.
6. For One Applicant, Registration Form is to be filled only once.
Important: Submission of Filled Registration Form
After filling out the online registration form, please:
1. Take a printout of the completed form
2. Affix a recent family photograph of your child ( size as in the form)
3. Sign the form in the designated space (Parent/Guardian signature)
4. Attach the required documents (list of documents to be attached)
5. Submit the completed form and documents to the school office on the specified date.
